We have a Windows server 2012 machine with Visual Studio 2012 running on it.   I tried to install Codeshow but the page in Windows store doesn't give me a link to download or install.  

Can Codeshow be install on server 2012 at all?  Am I missing anything? 

Hmm... I'm not sure why you're not able to install it on that box. Are you able to install other Windows Store apps?

After some research, I found the solution.  Windows Server 2012 is not configured to have Windows Store App installed out of box.  To enable that, I had to follow the steps from this document site:

After "Desktop Experience" feature is installed, I was able to download and install CodeShow. Thanks.
