I have visual studio 2012 installed in my PC

am using windows 7 

when I try to install azuresdk file it shows an error that it can be Only installed in windows 8

while W8AdSDK-ENU and LiveSDK installed successfully but bing.maps and rad controls also shows an error

can any One tell can able I use it windows 7 or not..?

You must be using Windows 8 to work with Windows 8 apps. You can install Visual Studio 2012 on Windows 7, but you can't work on Windows 8 projects.
